Location & useful information

Coverack is a small, picturesque fishing village on the southern edge of the Lizard Peninsula. Built on two sides of a spur of rock that juts out into the sea, the village retains much of its original charm and atmosphere.

Coverack is well served by several cafes/restaurants and pubs. There is a general store and several gift shops. There is a windsurfing school in the bay where lessons can be arranged. Within a 20 minute drive there are 2 major supermarkets (Tesco’s and Sainsbury’s) who can deliver to the house.

The beach at Coverack is a large, sheltered, crescent shaped arc of sand, that can be quite rocky in places, but is ideal for swimming & windsurfing. There is easy access to the beach from the small car park at the edge of the village.
